Tagotic is a movie review, rating, and tagging platform. You may use the site only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms of Use.
You may not use the site to commit fraud, violate rights, break the law, interfere with the service, evade restrictions, or abuse other users.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity that occurs through your account.
You must provide accurate account information where required and may not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation or identity.
Users are responsible for content they submit, including reviews, ratings, tags, profile text, and other contributions. You may not submit unlawful, defamatory, threatening, harassing, deceptive, infringing, or privacy-violating content.
You retain ownership of the content you create. By submitting content to Tagotic, you grant Tagotic a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt for formatting and display, publish, distribute, retain, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate, maintain, improve, preserve, and promote the service, subject to applicable law.
Tagotic does not guarantee that users may delete accounts, remove submitted content, or erase activity history on demand. Tagotic may retain accounts, submissions, moderation history, logs, and related records as reasonably necessary to operate the service, preserve site integrity, enforce policies, comply with legal obligations, and maintain historical continuity, subject to applicable law.
Tagotic may review, remove, restrict, or refuse content, and may suspend, limit, or terminate accounts to enforce site rules, respond to abuse, protect users, protect the service, or comply with legal obligations.
Tagotic may preserve or disclose information where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, enforce policies, protect rights or safety, or comply with law or legal process.

Tagotic may display metadata assembled from third-party public data sources and may display external reference identifiers. Tagotic is not responsible for third-party sites, services, or content made available outside Tagotic.
Tagotic may display aggregated charts, counts, summaries, and feature statistics derived from user-submitted reviews, ratings, tags, votes, and other activity, including anonymous and logged-in activity where applicable.
These analytics reflect aggregated user submissions and opinions and are provided for informational and expressive purposes. Their completeness, reliability, or accuracy for characterizing any movie, feature, audience, or viewpoint cannot be guaranteed.
Tagotic, including metadata, user-generated content, generated descriptions, analytics, and all site features, is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Tagotic does not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, complete, current, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tagotic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business, arising from or related to use of the site.
Tagotic may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
